What is the best program to build the upper body?
I am female, 5.3 and 109 pound. I do not want loose wait and want to build my upper body muscles.by: bigP
If you don't have equipment such as weights to lift try the body weight resistance videos. The kettle bells are good if you do have equipment. Also try the yoga inversion video. yoga really rips upper body muscles if you do the right classes.
