what is the best time for work out for lose weight?

    The best time is the time you will actually do it. :) Keep your focus consistency, doing something most days.

    I agree with the answer before mine. Whenever you can exercise, do it!

    I do find after being the military that I prefer to exercise in the morning. Mainly because I can just get it over with and go about my day. If I plan to go in the afternoon, something might come up and if wait until the evening i might be too tired from whatever I did during the day.

    You don't want to exercise in the morning without at least having an energy bar.

    Of course you don't want to eat stack of pancakes and jump around five minutes later, But you should not have a completely empty stomach when you exercise.

    It won't kill you if you do (I did it all the time in the Navy), but the professionals say that you get a better workout in the morning if you eat a little something.. Even a hundred calories will give you a boost. That's easily a serving of yogurt.

    The best time is whatever works best for you where you actually DO IT consistantly! Make it like an appointment you can't miss!

    For me, a big mental block is working out at a time when I have energy but my stomach is not full from a meal, so I tend to do it before breakfast or before lunch or before dinner. Good luck to us all! I have at least 60 to lose from 260. -Michael

      I am right there with you michaelk...60 pounds seems real hard, but I know it can be done look at the sucess stories.

      The best time is when you feel the most energetic. I wouldn't advise exercising too close to bedtime because you may not be able to sleep. With that said, if that's when you feel like you've got the most to give to your workout, it might be the time for you.
