What is the wisest next move for me? About to finish Cardio Sculpt.

  • I am finishing Cardio Sculpt tomorrow. I have enjoyed the program, and I have seen improvement for sure. I definitely couldn't do all the advanced moves even at the end. Should I repeat the program again? My main goal is weight loss, with a need for some toning, especially in the core and upper body. I still have about 20lbs to go.

I think you could also try Total Cardio since if you're like me, you'd like to add some variety and not repeat the Cardio Sculpt workouts again so soon. (Even though they're great.)

I hear others have felt good moving into Inferno next as well and said it's not too difficult following Cardio Sculpt.

Sure! If you couldn't do all of the advanced moves at the end, there's definitely still room for you to grow with Cardio Sculpt!

I went to Inferno. I can't do a couple of the moves due to lack of space, so I modify, but I love the workouts. Anja is a great motivator, and I know I can pull through for 21 days. I'm sure you could to!

I had the same question! I'm so glad to hear your answers. I'm going to check out both Total Cardio and Inferno and see which I prefer to start next.
