What is your favorite smoothie recipe?

  • Every morning for breakfast I have:

    1 scoop Beachbody Shakeology
    1 scoop ON protein powder
    1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
    1.5 teaspoons Benefiber
    1 Tablespoon Flax Oil
    .5 frozen banana
    About 25 ice cubes
    20 oz water

    For workout recovery:
    1 scoop whey powder
    1 banana
    2 tbsp almond butter
    1 tsp honey
    Splash of milk
    ice

    For a treat:
    Healthy mint chip shake
    2 tbsp cacao nibs
    1/2 bunch fresh mint
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1 cup vanilla coconut milk ice cream
    ice

    I workout mid-morning typically so about 2 hrs later I mix this smoothie up in a magic bullet cup for lunch (it's the perfect size cup for this recipe):

    1/2 banana
    2 strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
    2-3 ice cubes
    1 scoop of vanilla whey isolate protein powder (or preferred vanilla protein)
    1 tbsp (rounded) milled ground flaxseed
    1 tsp (rounded) unsweetened cocoa
    1 cup of water
