What recipes/meal plans are great for someone looking to start clean eating but doesn't have time for an elaborate recipe.
I suck HORRIBLY at meal planning and I would like to transition into cleaner eating but so many of the meal plans I'm finding have elaborate recipes that are time consuming. As a student and mother who works nights I often have very little time to prep or cook a meal. Can anyone suggest clean eating plans that are simple that can fit into my budget and schedule.by: JGoddard92
