    My standard...vanilla Fuel, frozen berries, almond butter, spinach and almond milk. Yesterday I swapped berries for frozen cherries - yummo!

      Spinach/greens tip! Put the leafy greens that you are using in the blender first with a smaller amount of whatever liquid you are using. Process that for a bit until you get a nice smooth green juice. Then add all other ingredients. This cuts up the greens even better, providing you with even more nutrients!

    My new favorite is strawberry kiwi. vanilla fuel, 1/2 - 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 whole kiwi, 1/2c unsweetened almond milk and 1c water.

    For added boost, I add 1/2 - 1 tbsp of wheatgrass powder
    for extra creaminess add 1/2 an avocado. <-- I found this to be too thick so I added more almond milk/water

    Oh my gosh, I had a blueberry chocolate shake. It was so good. Chocolate Fuel, cup of blueberries, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 cup of rice milk, 1/2 cup water, and 1tbsp chia seeds.

      Make sure their frozen blueberries.

      I add frozen cherries and 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder to almond and coconut milk and chocolate protein powder. Reminds me of chocolate covered cherries......sort of!
