What supplements would you recommend?

    B12 is great, however b12 supplements never make it past the stomach...that why shots or dermal patches are more effective. For daily vitamins I recommend. Otherwise I would recommend a quality multi or whole food like Living Fuel. Also if your interested I would be happy to share a program that works to lose lbs healthier eating a meal every 2-3 hrs.
