What to do if I can't eat dinner three hours or more before bedtime?
I have a busy schedule with four children active in sports. We usually don't get home until 7 or 7:30 and I am in bed between 9 and 10. Is it an absolute must that I eat dinner more than three hours before bed in order to participate in the Ignite program? If so, how do I work around this problem?abcmyates by:
I am not on the nutrition plan from here, but for plans I have been on previously, they usually state 2 hours. Additionally, recent research has shown that later eating isn't a problem, as long as it isn't a heavy meal, or carb loaded. So use your own discretion, and eat wisely. :)
