What to do if my workout does not play? It is showing a green screen.

    I had same problem. Trying hand picking other workouts until you get one to start up, then go back to the original one.

      I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with playing your videos. Here's a few fixes that might help you with your issue...

      -Connection issues:
      If there is an issue in your connection, you may have to check your router and/or modem for any connection issues. All our videos stream in HD, so you will need a high connection speed in order to see the videos uninterrupted.

      -Web browser:
      Our videos play best on Chrome if you are streaming on your computer. If you are not using the Chrome web browser, we highly recommend you download this for use with DailyBurn.

      -Check your Flash player:
      Older flash versions not working reliably, please update your flash player to the highest version your computer allows and try to watch another workout video. Please go to the following link to download: http://get.adobe.com/flashpla... .
