What work out should I do after I finish Cardio Scuplt?
Cardio Sculpt was the recommended work out for me based on my initial assessment. But I'm trying to figure out what work program I should be doing after I finish the 84 day program to keep losing weight and not lose the progress I've made.by: lahindenlang
Personally, I'm doing Total Cardio now after Cardio Sculpt, and I think it was a good follow-up. I'm still losing weight at the same rate, but I can definitely see more of a change in my strength and toning - primarily my arms and around my belly. I've gone down a percent in BMI on Total Cardio in just three weeks.
There are a lot more Tabata-type movements in Total Cardio, so it's a change of pace. I've seen Anja answer your same question by suggesting Inferno, which I think still has lots of cardio/strength workouts like Cardio Sculpt does, but taken up a notch on difficulty. I'd imagine you would still be on track with your progress by doing that one, too, so it's a matter of what type of workouts you'd prefer doing.
After 'Cardio Sculpt' you can try 'Total Cardio' or 'Intelliburn' which should keep you on the right track!
