Check out Pinterest as well! Do a search for "home made salad dressings", there's quite a few there.

I love using balsamic vinegar with lemon juice and mustard.

I make a salad dressing all the time, that is olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and thyme. I usually make a lot, so I can bottle it and use it multiple times in a week. 1 cup of olive oil, a garlic clove minced, the juice of one lemon and chopped fresh thyme. The secret is, mix everything together adding the oil last. When you get to that part, continue to whisk everything together while slowly pouring in the olive oil. This way everything is emulsified and not a chemistry experiment gone wrong.

Ignite actually gives a recipe for dressing you can make yourself, easy and very tasty. (This is enough for 1 Salad)
    1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

Yep, the Dijon, olive oil, vinegar combo is awesome! I use it to dip meat in instead of mayo or sauce too

Great Idea! I don't know why I never thought to use it outside of salads!
