When cleaning out the pantry, what do you do with all the "bad" food. There is no way I can throw away perfectly good food!

  • My husband will have a fit if I throw away all of "his" food. What to do?

if it isnt open, you could donate it, a lot of shelters and food pantries will take ANY food, even perishable. Otherwise, you could hold onto some of it for when guests come over, just put in it a small specific part of your kitchen and do not us it yourself.

Your local food pantry will be happy to take it :)

You called it your husbands food, so keep it. Sometimes when starting or even picking up a healthier life style you will have to fight temptation and make more than one meal. Although I eat healthier I cannot deny my daughter some of those bad foods just because I feel she hasn't done anything to deserve it. Sometimes I make two meals!

Keep it so you can add it here and there when you're in the Balance phase. I kept everything just put all the ignite friendly stuff in front of it so that it was kind of hidden behind.
