When does the energy pick back up again?

  • It's been a week but still low energy. When should it pick up?

    I am on ignite and have felt the same way you have. I workout in the morning and found that adding a half of a banana to my shake (post workout) and 7 almonds at about 4:00 helps me out a ton!!

    I've just completed the ignite stage and found I lacked energy for the first 3 days until I started adding more carbs to my meal. Brown rice, carrots, kumera, quinoa etc.
