When to start working out after having a cold?
I am getting over a cold I have had for a week. Still have a nasty cough. I have a history of sinsus infections and difficulty recovering from them. I have taken tests, and even a MRI on my sinuses, doctors claim I am just very susceptible.
I have been working out with Cardio Sculpt, for about a month. Where in the program should I resume? Is there a way to reset your calendar? At what point am I doing too much? For me its easy to overdo it, as my body does not give me warning, I just wake up feeling ill the next day. Any ideas?
If you've missed quite a few days, you may be better off just restarting your program. Also, if you're finding you are having a hard time recovering, definitely wait until you feel 100%!
