Where can I get the plyo boxes used in the Inferno workouts?

  Believe it or not, the plyo boxes are actually just 20-inch sprinkler covers that we added a little design to. They are sturdy and do the job, so it works really well. You can purchase them here if you'd like: http://www.amazon.com/Orbit-S...

    @btrainer The boxes are the 20-inch type. To be honest with you, I'm not entirely sure about the boxes on hardwood floors. They are hard plastic, so I imagine there might be a problem with sliding on a hardwood floor.

    Great idea. Would this be safe on a hardwood floor? My only concern is slippage. Did you have to put some kind of rubber on the bottom? Thanks!

    I have hardwood floors. To prevent it from slipping, place on a yoga mat.

    I had my suspicions! There are some different sizes out there--bought mine at Lowes for 1/2 the price of the Amazon one. Works great so far, is amazingly sturdy, and far cheaper then the plyo platforms they sell in fitness stores!
