Which exercise should I do when I skip a day...the one I skipped or the one for today?
I am following the Tactical Body weight training course (which I LOVE) but I missed a workout (the second one). Should I just do the workout scheduled for today and continue with the course or should I do the one I missed and perhaps skip one of the recovery days?by: dbadbadger
It's up to you - but I would do the workout again and make sure you get at least one recovery before you go hard again.
If you miss a day and do two recovery days - it's not going to hurt either. Goal for TBT is sustainable training.
