Which program is best for a 60 year old male and out of shape to start with?
I have just completed day 7 of the True Beginner program. I love it. I originally tried a couple of the other programs but never made it past day 4 on either program. I had to admit that I still have an athletic spirit but not an athletic body. I find True Beginner to be the perfect place for a new beginner or re-beginner into the fitness world. I started at 230 lbs at 5'7". I have been on DailyBurn for 20 days and am at 196 lbs on the Yoga program plus True Beginner. I started to go to the gym to get back into running on the weekends. I really look forward to the workouts and firmly believe this is a lifestyle change and not a fad or gimmick for me. I stopped using pain medication for my back in 3 days of the Yoga program and have stopped using my back brace after 7 days of the Yoga.
