Which program should I begin next?
I completed True Beginner because I wanted to loose a few pounds (a.k.a. The love muffins). Today's my last day and I actually ended up gaining 3-4lbs and my ankle has hurt for a week. But I want to give DailyBurn one more shot though, so which program should I do daily for the next month? Thank you!Adina by:
Try keeping track of your measurements instead of your weight. My friends and I have all dropped two pants sizes since starting two months ago and most of us have stayed around the same weight. Just look up a video on how to properly take your measurements!
Remember muscle weigh more than fat! most time you will loose inches before weight and as you build muscle your weight may rise and fall.. keep track of your inches in your hips and legs and go from there... and our next program is up to you.. choose what ever you think you can doand try it you can always change it if your don't like it!
So glad to hear you've completed 'True Beginner'. The next program subscribers then move onto is the 'Cardio Sculpt' series which is a longer program (3 months, 6 workouts a week with Yoga on the 7th day).
