Which program should I do after Cardio Sculpt?

  • Day 22 of Cardio Sculpt, but I'm so obsessed with DailyBurn that I'm already thinking of what's next! How could I not be, I've already lost an inch off my waist and an inch off my hips :)))) All of the programs sound awesome, but I want to make sure I don't lose any of the tone I've gained during Cardio Sculpt. I don't need weight loss, just need to look firm and toned.

    Having done DBK, Inferno, and Tactical Bodyweight Training (TBT) I would recommend TBT. It is a nice transition from Cardio Sculpt to Inferno. DBK is excellent, but if your focus is weight/inches, you may not find it intense enough. (Though you could do the DBK and add another routine if you have the time.)

      I'm 5'5 and 115... so my focus isn't really weight, it's just looking tight. Maybe I'll do TBT, then DBK, then Inferno! :) Thanks for the suggestion!

      If DBK will keep the Cardio Sculpt tone, I'll probably do that first. Get a little stronger before I jump right into Inferno. Thanks, Theodora!
