why did i lose 6lbs then gain 4 back all in less then a week?
i started working out 2 weeks ago and went on a diet 1 week ago, i lost 6 lbs within the first 4 days of the diet then gained 4lbs back 2 days later. on the up side i lost 4 inches but my pants still fit the same. its very discouraging but im trying to keep going thats why i joined daily burn. can any one help me understand why i gained the weight back.enm2014 by:
The first few days of a diet it is really common to lose a lot of water weight, which will fluctuate anyway. I only weigh myself once a week and at the same time of day every time. Otherwise it's easy to get discouraged and frustrated as the scale goes up and down. Congrats on losing the inches!
