Why haven't I lost any weight on Ignite? I'm on day 11 and doing Inferno. What am I doing wrong?

I doubt if you have been doing anything wrong. I am unsure of your habits so this is just gonna be generally speaking. When you weigh yourself, try to do it at the same time, while wearing the same or similar clothing (or in the buff), try to do it after you have gone to the bathroom to eliminate the water your body processed the night before, try to use the same scale, and try to not eat or drink anything right before you weigh. I am only on day two of TBT but have done similar programs with great results. I would imagine since inferno is a much more intense workout, you are gaining muscle while losing fat. Muscle is much denser than fat, if you were to look at five pounds of muscle and five pounds of fat, the fat would take up much more volume. Did you measure yourself before starting your workouts? If not, you may want to have measurements taken and then compare your results to those measurements and not based solely on the pounds lost. Good luck to you and hope this helps.

Note: I am not a physician. You must consult your physician to ensure you are doing exactly what is right and what is wrong.

Even if you are avoiding the six sins...you also have to watch your portions. They don't give exact measurements of food, but being very reasonable with the portion sizes...even of the healthiest food. Keep it up...and think of the long term goal.
