Why is the calories burned different on the Roku vs the Website?

  • I sometimes log into the website after a workout (which I always use a roku for) and the calorie counts seem to be different on each. I am not sure which one to trust. Today, for example, I did the True Beginner Core 2 workout and the Roku stated 655 calories burned, after logging into the site it stated 458 calories burned for the same workout. I am calorie counting so accuracy matters. Is there a reason for the difference? Which one should I trust?

Did you ever get a response to this? I just emailed them regarding the first video...at the end of the video it says 207 calories burned but at the home screen where you rate the video it says 458 calories burned...don't like the inaccuracies
