Why when I use the contact us tab or technical questions link do I never get an answer?
Hi, I've been using daily burn for about 8 months now and I'm satisfied. However it's a case of "you get what you pay for". For $10 a month you get a great supply of videos that were made 2+years ago, and that's about it. There is almost no support and hardly anyone uses the community forum. It seems that someone from daily burn pops up every now and then to answer some easy questions but anything a bit tricky is left unanswered. Im fine with all that, however if you are looking for support through the forum, or answers from staff, you may want to look at a different app.
I have had daily burn for several months now, and contacted them twice, once for a technical issue, and once for a suggestion. I got replies fairly quickly (within 1-2 days) and they were actual replies (seemed like a real person actually read my email and replied appropriately as opposed to some standardized or automatic message). So I have been very happy about their customer service so far. Not sure why you are not having the same experience =/
