Will Daily Burn include some way to monitor your body fat percentage and resting heart rate??
I am 5'8 and 123 pounds. One thing that disappoints me sometimes with fitness websites is that they focus on losing weight rather than helping you monitor the quality of that weight and fitness level. I would really like a way to monitor body fat %, maybe not everyday but once a week or once a month. I would also like to see a way to monitor resting heart rate overtime. I am sure that is bound to improve with all the aerobic fitness required in the workouts.Bathsheba by:
