Workout at nighttime or after breakfast in the morning?
You are going to get conflicting info for this, but I've seen a lot of people say you would want to do it in a fasted state before eating in the AM.
Most important thing is to just stay consistent.
I find I feel best if I work out in the morning. As far as before or after breakfast, I read a journal article recently that showed that working out on an empty stomach will burn more fat during the workout, but eating first will cause you to burn more fat all day.
