Workout with a sprained ankle
I sprained my ankle a few days ago, and am wondering if anyone has suggestions for workouts I can do seated. I did crunches yesterday, but need something more. It hurts to stand right now, and I want my ankle to heal as soon as possible, so I don't want to stress it doing too much on my feet. Any ideas other than arm weight lifting while seated? Lilyanne, Get it Checked out by a doctor. Sometimes it is worth it to get physical therapy to help you return at full strength as fast as possible!
