Q: I am new to this, I am looking for your opinion on how this works. I am looking to lose 30 pounds by September.
I am a single mother of a 7 year old, work full time and then some. So any food suggestions that have helped you as well as work outs that worked best.
Q: How long should you wait between eating a meal and working out? Any advice on what to eat before a work out?
