Since carbs are a good idea for energy during a workout, what is recommended during the ignite stage to eat or drink prior to a workout?
Q: I would like to choose a program that I play one day and I can go hiking or run the next day and when I come back to DB it says day two.
It keeps track of the days that I am working out and only goes forward for my workout days not each calendar day. Anyway to do that?
Q: I broke my leg a few weeks ago and I'm starting to be more mobile. Are there any workouts I can do that won't aggravate my broken leg?
I broke my fibula near my ankle. I can't put pressure on my foot, so basically no standing/jumping/running workouts.
Q: Is it possible to workout too much, lose a ton of weight, and then suddenly gain it all back in a month?
I was working out really hard as if I were an athlete with something to prepare for. Of course, for the average person that isn't practical as well as time consuming. But I lost a ton of weight...

I am looking for other people in the area who would want to work out together on a group. I have a club house available and possibly space at an LA Fitness
