Q: I do not get home until 5ish every night. I want to work out after work though, but not too late.
Should I eat dinner then workout late or workout then eat dinner? I eat lunch at about 11:30 so I will be working out on an empty stomach....thoughts?
I am considering adding a lighter program to the inferno program I am currently doing. I don't want to add if it will change the current program I am in.
