Description
Jumping Jacks function as both a great warmup exercise and an effective cardio exercise when paired with other high intensity exercises such as burpees and jump rope. To complete a set of jumping jacks, start in a straight and tall standing position with your arms to your sides. Jump up as you concurrently raise your arms above your head and land with your feet greater than hip distance apart. Jump up again and return to starting position. This completes one set. Repeat for the duration of the exercise.
