How do you record reps for something measured in seconds?

The particular thing that’s stumping me is that I’m supposed to do 3 sets of planks for 45 seconds each, so do I input each set into DailyBurn as 45 reps? Or is there a standard way to convert seconds to reps that I missed?

I’m new to organized fitness beyond “Run for 20 minutes!” and “Swim 4 more laps without stopping!” so please forgive this novice question, heh.

I Lost 5 Lbs! I Walked 100 Miles! I Lost 10 Lbs! I Burned 5,000 Calories! I Burned 25K Calories! I Biked 100 Miles! I Burned 50K Calories! I Lost 20 Lbs! I Did 1,000 Pushups!

Very valid question, and one I’m faced with as well. I just haven’t been inputting my planks, but once I get serious again (after the holidays) I’ve been thinking about counting every 5 seconds as a rep.

I Did 1,000 Pushups! I Burned 5,000 Calories! Can't keep me down! I Ran 100 Miles! I Burned 25K Calories! I Did 10K Pushups!

For things measured in time, I’ve found they are listed under “cardio”. There you can input a time rather than reps

:]

Mikey-86 is right, but the plank is found in the abdominal exercises and asks for reps when you enter your progress. I guess you could build a custom exercise…

So it’s not just me being new and clueless? It’s a site issue? That’s a little disappointing. Guess I just have to wait until it’s fixed (or make a custom exercise, which I think is beyond me and not really the ideal solution anyway).

In the mean time, IrishEyes suggested counting 5 seconds as a rep, so I’ll go with that. Thanks.
