Exercise Time

Subject Description

One of the tricks I have found that works is that I used to eat the most rubbish late at night..and I always made excuses to not exercise towards the end of the day....

So now I always exercise first thing in the morning....I burn more Kjoules, I always start the day with a rush..(which I am sort of addicted to now....) and I don't eat junk late at night as I have crashed into bed !!

Anyway, just a thought...

I have found that if I'm doing a lot of walking or riding my bike, even on days I'm working, that I don't have time to eat garbage before going to bed. Also I have a cutoff time of 10:30pm of eating anything. After that, I've found that the food I've ate goes directly to my hips. So no food after 10:30pm.

On days I'm working, I'm generally too exhausted to eat, so I try to juice something. Mostly carrots, but sometimes I'll juice a couple of apples or oranges.
