Just because you've decided to spend 3-5 more years in academia, does not mean you have to be skinny librarian or a geeky brain-in-fat. Why not be a sporty nerd instead? Fitting workouts into your grad school schedule is as demanding as for anyone else working a 60+ hours week. That is, hard, but by no means impossible. Join to discuss how to achieve it, and learn how staying fit will help you to achieve academically. Find virtual and actual workout buddies to learn how to deal with, and counteract, the first signs of aging you encounter as a mid-to-late twentysomething.
