Running a marathon is never easy — especially post-baby. One trainer dishes on the biggest lessons learned along the 2017 New York City Marathon course.
Cheri Paige Fogleman has worked as a private trainer and group fitness instructor in New York for over 10 years. She trains mountain climbers, dancers, triathletes, marathoners, skiers, tennis and golf players, post-rehab clients, pre/post-natal moms, clients with a focus toward weight-loss, and clients interested in better health and well-being. Cheri has studied modern dance, ballet, yoga, Alexander Technique, Muscle Activation Techniques, Pilates, boxing, and trapeze, and she is holds a BFA in Contemporary Dance from the North Carolina School of the Arts, is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is Pre- and Post-Natal certified through Maternal Fitness, and has completed MAT Jump-starts in Lowerbody, Upperbody and Trunk and Spine. She’s also a trainer on Daily Burn 365.
