We spend a lot of time scouring the web to stay up on the hottest health and fitness trends, and each week, we’ll be sharing with you the best of what we read. (It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it!)

Our muscles can’t recover properly without rest — and that includes a good night’s sleep. We’ve long been proponents of the health benefits of sleep, so we’re glad to see that getting a good night’s shut-eye is in vogue lately.
