By 2012, DailyBurn was on its way to becoming the go-to resource for HD-quality streaming workout videos. But beyond the workouts, the apps and the nutrition plans, we knew there was way more we could do — for you — free of charge.

Earlier this spring I joined DailyBurn to help bring this editorial vision to life. Our mission was at once simple yet vast: to deliver reliable and insightful content to empower you to reach your health and fitness goals, live life to the fullest, and inspire others to do the same.

In the last few months, our editorial team has grown to include more than a dozen skilled health and fitness writers, along with talented photographers and illustrators to create the most compelling content we can. And there’s plenty to dig into: from low-calorie cocktails to essential fitness tips for all levels. There’s something for fit foodies, too — because everyone needs a go-to chocolate-banana protein pancake recipe and a healthier ice cream sandwich option when that sugar craving strikes.

We’re also thrilled to be in conversation with you — our always inspiring #fitfam — through each of our social media channels.
