So.....
I have no idea why dailyburn is not counting this as a goal achieved, but today l completed what I consider a milestone: clean and jerking 225 lbs. Set this goal a year or so back and most definitely wasn't planning on hitting it today, but, as I was putting up weight that was a little lighter than it pretty easily, I decided to attempt it. lol, was so ecstatic it wasn't even funny. 20 lbs over my body weight! :)

Title...
haha yea bodybuilding and powerlifting are more similar in my opinion. most people who train in a "bodybuilding" style use high reps and go for the pump which is a complete waste of time as it reduces overload. I believe overload is the best stimulus for growth, so I train in a 4-6 rep rep with maximum poundages for muscle growth, my program being built around all barbell heavy movements. bench squat and deadlifts.
