Great Motto.
That is an awesome quote. Im on a 2-3 week plan to get my body fat % down and not drop under 235lbs. Which is much harder than it sounds as im recovering from an ankle injury and chronic case of runners knee. I have a little friendly flag football tourney i want to join in, and i usually play WR. So gotta start really hitting the jump ropes and speed drills. But ankle rehabbing is the toughest. Keep up the grind bro. Great motivation! (though ive missed many dailyburn updates lol)
