    RE: What up!

    Naw man, I'm only 5'10". Something must have gone wacky when they converted from the old version to this version. Anywho, I was discussing with another gym buddy whether or not A2G squats are really dangerous or not. My position is that they're perfectly safe. I figured that someone who does Olympic lifts would know... What's your take on A2G vs parallel?

    i dont even know what the deal is, but since April 1st, Ive lost like 10 pounds. I dont even feel it. Everything looks the same to me and i didnt even know i had 10 pounds of fat to lose. The ONLY thing Ive change in that time span was before that (because of my MCAT), I hadnt hit the gym in like 3 weeks. But that doesnt explain why i didnt lose any weight DURING that time, only AFTER that time. its weird. Maybe its because I cut candy/gummies out of my diet (since May 1st), but then if thats it, why did it take so long to reflect in my weight? Ehh....Only reason I even care is because sudden, precipitous drops in body weight are almost never a good thing. Hope its not anything bad....

    Slacking...

    So I've been slackin on gyminee (dailyburn, w/e) lately and i know this....havent been participating at all and completely failed in responding to priv messages....hahahaha. sorry. I'll be back on my game from now on! I promise! :) But first I have to clear up my gymbuddy list....There are too many of you who dont use gyminee anymore or whom i never talk to anymore, so please dont take it personally.

    thanks a lot!! I need to get my ass back in gear tho! This week I have worked out 5 days... and eaten at least 250 less calories on average a day! I am feeling pretty excited about it, I just hope I can keep it up. I am going to post more recent pics today... I hope you are doing well! take it easy
