Noblejoker's Journal
Still Here
Haven't been putting up my workouts lately but have been going semi regularly. It's harder over the Xmas break and summer months but I ahvent lost it completely. In fact I think my extra kilo or 2 is probably muscles. Was doing some cable crossovers today at gym and I thought Jeez that's the incredible hulk - real muscles size and mass through the arms and shoulders. I don't like the exercise cause you look like a poser and I don't want that but I guess I may actually have something to pose! I want to do more cardio - if I can stop eating all the $hit then with some carido I will strip away the extra 3 or 4 kilos off my stomach. When I do that I will be fitter, stronger and the least fat I have ever been Watch this space!

Wow. Your doing a great job losing the weight. Temporary set backs such as your weekend trip happen. The trick of course is to not let it discourage you. Remember how much better you feel, and look. Keep up the good work!!

Protein Shakes
Yeah guy makes the shakes either with milk or water to your taste. So I know how many calories I'm consuming then. I'm sure the weight will start coming off again when the meds have sorted themselves out.

How's things in Oz? Have you got your workout sorted yet? I agree with you about not looked at the weight and concentrating on the lean body mass. Lean body mass burns a lot more calories than the fat body mass does. That's why weight lifting is great for weight loss! I am a bit biased because I LOVE weight lifting but I really believe it is the key. Mix that with some cardio and hey presto! I'm keeping my eye on you so keep it up! haha
