Been out of it
The end of term and everything threw me for a loop, so I'm starting back up slowly and will be back at full speed. I've definitely noticed a loss in strength, so want to start back at low weight and work my way up. The idea is to do 1-1.5 hours of physical and spiritual cultivation daily including walks, weight lifting, sports and Qigong. I'd like to settle into a good 30 minute walk a day, 20 minutes of strength training, 10 minutes of meditation and 30 minutes of Qigong. That's a sustainable schedule for my health and well-being.

Getting started
I've been doing a weight loss and strength training program for about 8 weeks, and have lost almost 15 pounds. However, I seemed to plateau and was hovering around 155. Ultimately, I think this has to do with lack of motivation to stick to things and the fact that I got really busy. Just got a new iPhone and searched around for fitness applications for iPhones and found Gyminee. I'm glad to have found it and have already paid for a Pro membership. We'll see where this can take me - I like it a lot more than my former fitness home. I'd like to get down to 135lbs in the next 6 months while maintaining my flexibility, increasing my strength and stamina, and increasing my overall energy level. Rock on!
