Could this be a comeback?
So, after a brave start followed three months of absolutely nothing. I don't think I'm unique in my relationship with fitness - I struggle to maintain the enthusiasm. However, on Saturday I actually pounded the pavement for 2.5 miles, so perhaps this could be the start of something.......again!

Weight Gain
Keep doing what you're doing... you can't really tell much from the first week of working out... Your body is simply trying to adjust to your new routine - sometimes you'll see a deficit in weight, other times a little gain. Just keep sticking to it! :D

Confused!
