Once again a restart
Hopefully this time I will get closer to my goal!

New Year
The last two months have not been good for my weight loss and exercise campaign. I had just started a proper gym routine when I was ill then I got caught in the bust period of Christmas. Tomorrow I will get back to the gym and I will also be doing more exercise at home on top of what I will be doing at the gym.

I am currently unwell so my exercise and tracking will be off for a bit :(

Ooops
I fell off the wagon a bit the last week, in terms of intake, recording and exercise. I will now get back on. I am not worried about this as I think it is impossible to be strict about such things for months on end and I have done well so far. I remain positive about achieving my goals and I am in no way resentful as I think a short break will have done me good as I can now refocus.
