    A Healthy Experience

I'm glad to hear you had positive experience on DB. As far as water consumption, well - the 8 glasses of water is a bit of a myth. Listen to this podcast (or read the transcript) it will help you understand a bit more about how much water you should drink: http://nutritiondiva.quickanddirtytips.com/how-much-water-should-I-drink.aspx Have a happy and healthy holiday! :)

    My experience using daily burn!

I found the daily burn section of this class to be very useful! My experience was great. From logging my food on a daily basis I learned that I had been eating some very unhealthy things and I definitely was not consuming the recommended daily amounts of water. Seeing this before my eyes made me definitely made me want to change my ways. Using daily burn made it helpful to see what I needed to change. Knowing that I had to track my workouts reminded me that I had to do them! I know it sounds weird/funny but its true! Sometimes I would forget to do them or I would just be lazy and then I though "omg I have to track my workouts tomorrow!" or something along those lines. The daily burn was definitely helpful when it came to my water consumption. I always heard that 8 glasses a day was recommended but I never listened, however using the daily burn helped me to get closer to drinking the required 8 glasses a day. I would like to continue using the daily burn program because it is very helpful to me. I like to see all the workouts that are available to me by other people. This way I can change up my routine regularly so that I don't become bored.

    Congrats!!

First of all, congrats on meeting your jump split goal! What's gonna be your next goal? Are you going up the reps on the jump split or are you planning on creating a new goal w/ new excercises entirely? According to your logs, you don't seem to be exercising regularly... and in terms of your nutrition, you are constantly under your daily caloric intake? What are your thoughts on this?
