So starting this month I lowered my calorie goals. I have been having some success, but as I am starting to lose, my calorie needs drop. Apart from last Sunday, I've been making really good food choices, so it's been pretty easy so far.

Determined
Up until now I have been pretty good about working out, but not very careful about what I am eating. I am determined to watch that. I bought a bunch of apples at the store, so if I get hungry, that is what I will eat instead of something higher in calorie and likely lower in nutrition.
