    Second(ish) Day...

Okay, actually #3 and #4, but still. Need to visit Costco and pick up a Nautilus for Seattle obviously. Mom wants to clear the sunporch for the tredmill and bike that's in there. So perhaps tonite? :) Did more excercise today. Found out the bath is big enough I can do my crunches there. :) Course only with the hands folded into a butterfly on the chest. But still. I love the energy water brings - so for me - it works well for that at least. Not much else tho. Will need to work on the lower back soon, for now - this is a fair start. Hope I keep this up... Shouldn't be hard, the graph makes it clear when things are, and are not working. :D

    It's a start...

Looked into Golds Gym today on the way home from work. Ugh. I could easily sink $650 a month for the first couple months into this project there. Sadly, budget is not going to allow that at this time. So - off to the home workout stuff I go. Already have been doing a few things over the last week or so. So i can put those here now. :)

    Where to begin?

I Tried back filling pictures and weight on dates I remembered them. I know everyone is stressed about work. I am more so as I only see my family and kids 4 days a month (on average). Living with the parents back home for the duration - of who knows how long. Back on support for depression and anxiety (barely working). I'm here to get out of the depressed rut in this road and persist at keeping on and cope with - what has become a means to live, and a personal hell. So - here I am. Stick it to me and lets see if I can maintain some semblance of normality and health.
