Revenge of the Double Stuffs
So I may have ate a whole sleeve of Double Stuff Oreos today as I casually walked by them every time (in my new sandals kinda felt it in my legs a little today). So after realizing what I had done I went for a mile and a half run/walk (mainly run). Then for more punishment for eating the Oreos I went and tried to do all of the Ab Ripper X -- i did fairly well... got most of the reps in but died at about 18 on a couple of them. I'll keep working at it though.

Earth Exerfits
I am going to give the Earth sandals a try. They have a 3.7% negative heel to them which makes you feel like you are walking at an incline all the time and its suppose to make your legs and butt more toned. Lets see how they really work... i will keep you posted!

Veggie Delite Pizza how do you count half of it???
So after buy a fish to drive my kitties nuts tonight at Walmart (We named him Elvis in honor of our up and coming trip to Vegas!!) We came home and each ate half of a veggie delight and the cheese sticks--- opps but worth it! This weekend was pretty busy I was in airplanes for 16 hrs yesterday. The good news is taht I picked up more raisins, mash potatos for the airplane to keep me full!

Revenge of the Pizza and Almond M&M's
After working on helping my mom and step father move into thier newly finished house they ordred up pizza and we got a bad of Almond M&M's. I don't think that I burned enough calories moving around furniture to make up for it, but at least my arms got a good workout. There was also a lot of walking done but I don't have a way to measure it all!
