External Accountability
Signed up for weight loss pool in OSB. 1 point per 15 minutes of exercise. Thinking I need to do stretching and yoga to counterbalance the running and build up my core muscles.

The weekend
Lots of fun food. Not enough focus on nutrition. Had several high calorie, high fat meals, felt nauseous afterwards. Felt much better when limiting calories earlier in the week.
