things that are different this school year:

i am no longer a double major in english and anthropology. i am now an astrophysics major. i had a fantastic summer, and though i was more lax than usual as far as diet and exercise go, i wasn't terrible. i'm going to get back into everything now that i'm all moved into my new apartment. i have a pool! so i've been swimming since i moved in. i love it. in a few days i'm going to weigh again for the first time in forever and take measurements and such. and by thanksgiving i hope i'm finally going to be down in the 140s. slow and steady.

    (:

going on a bike ride with my daddy after he gets off work. i've been doing well the last two days with nutrition and exercise, and i've been feeling a lot better as a result. returning to lean meat is still taking some adjusting but now that it's being fed right my body seems to be reacting well.
