Yoga and Running
Okay, so I have made a nice calendar of how I am going to do things. I don't get to the gym very often, even though I have had a membership for longer than my youngest has been around. I really should and my brother has invited me along with him so I have motivation and help to do it. I am just better at home. I have DVD's and programs I can do here and still be able to get things done here while I am trying to do it. There is a couch potato workout that i can do in between watching an hour long show and crocheting during the show. If my hands are busy crocheting and then I am working out during commercial reaks then I am sure to not snack during them. :) I have a plan, now to just follow it.
