    I dont work out when I need to because I like to watch the t.v a little to much. I have certain t.v shows that I watch on mondays and tuesdays and it is really hard for me to miss them..

    journal 2 fitness componets

    1. I need to track my nutrition and try not to have a warning sign every week on the fat section ... I also have to eat more fruits and vegetables and stop with the fast foods 2.I have to start working out period I have not been all year so now im going to have to make up for lost time and get my self in shape for summer 3.to feel stronger I will just have to start working out and lifting more weights.. make a schedule to workout and stick to it

    My goals for these 8 weeks is number 1. to try and eat better 2. get in better shape for summer i want to look good in my bathing suit and 3. to just feel stronger gain muscle
