    back to dieting

    I did a little bulking, and now I'm back to counting calories very strictly and losign weight. So far, so good! Gone from 182 to 170.5 in about four weeks.

    good workout

    I did a weight lifting program with a focus on calories instead of stength. I worked hard enoug hthat I felt light headed and pukey and couldn't finish. I think I met my goal of a hard workout.

    ate too much

    I ate too much yesterday, which is really a shame. It's not entirely my conscious minds fault though, as it seemed to be more basic on blood sugar. See, I skipped my leafy greens for one meal, and ate less than I should for another, and after that I lost control of my appetite. I'm not sure what it is about those leafy greens, but they are way more filling than any other food I eat.

    Less Gas

    I'm eating fruit and drinking V8 (as well as lean meat) and avoiding any vegetables, because they give me gas. So far it has been going well and my gas has been quite managable.

About Me

I own powerblocks (best purchase ever), exercise ball, an ab wheel, a pullup bar, and a adjustable stepper. Right now I'm doing Metabolic Surge (a very specific carb cycling program), and have gone from a 38.5" waist to a 36" waist. I'm losing inches faster now that I track my calories on Daily Burn. I used to cheat some days and ruin my progress.
